3.4 Assumption of Risk

4. ELIGIBILITY

- Lifetime Access: One-time purchase for lifetime access
6.2 Payment
- Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
6.3 Auto-Renewal
- Weekly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal period
- You can manage subscriptions in your iTunes account settings
6.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
6.5 Free Trial
- If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase

10. DISCLAIMERS

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
