Information Collection and Usage:

Face Data Usage:

Our app uses face data to predict and generate baby face images. Here’s how we handle this data:

• Collection: We collect face data only during the active usage of our app when a user decides to generate an image using their face.

• Use: The face data is used in real-time to generate baby face images. This data is processed to provide the functionality of generating new images based on user inputs. Face landmarks are analyzed from input images and diffusion model is used to generate accurate prediction.

• Storage: No face data is stored on our servers. All input and output images are stored locally on the user's device and not retained remotely. Exception here, our third party gpu runtime and machine learning cloud provider ( replicate.com ) generates a download url of output image (predicted baby face) which get expired in 1 hour after the generation. This url is stored by us to convey you the generated predictions.

• Sharing: Face data is only shared with our gpu runtime cloud provider ( replicate.com ) which doesn't store the input images as they claim in their website: " Input and output (including any files) will be automatically deleted after an hour"  in this link 

• Retention: We do not retain face data after processing. It is immediately discarded after use.

Analytics and Reporting SDKs:

BABYFACE AI uses Firebase Analytics and Facebook App Events to report errors, performance, user experience, and user interface enhancements, as well as conversion rate feedbacks of our advertisement campaigns for the app.

Image Processing:

The app allows users to generate images using AI, processed remotely by our cloud provider (replicate.com). No images or face data are stored on our servers or any external cloud services used by us. Except the output images are available for 1 hour after they got generated. Which explained above in detail.

Third-Party Services:

Our app utilizes Replicate.com to run machine learning models essential for processing face data during the app's runtime. The following outlines their role and our relationship with them:

• Data Handling by Replicate: Replicate processes data only during runtime and does not store face data after processing. Their privacy policy is available here .

• Data Transfer and Security: Data transferred to Replicate for processing is secured and transmitted over encrypted channels.

In-App Payments:

For secure transactions, the app may utilize third-party payment processors (via Revenuecat SDK). Your payment information is not stored by us and is subject to the privacy policy of the payment processor (Revenuecat Privacy Policy).

Information Security:

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
