Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Ultrasound to Image: BabyPic mobile application (the "App") operated by us ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Ultrasound to Image: BabyPic, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
2.1 App Features
Ultrasound to Image: BabyPic provides AI-powered features including:
- Ultrasound to Baby: Transform ultrasound scan images into photorealistic baby portraits using artificial intelligence
- Future Baby Generator: Generate baby portraits from parent photos at different ages (2-4 years, 5-10 years, 10-12 years, 13-18 years)
- Baby by Ethnicity: Generate baby portraits with specific ethnic features (European, Asian, African, Latino, Indian, Eastern)
- Pregnancy Portraits: Transform pregnancy photos with professional photography styles
2.2 AI-Generated Content
All generated images, predictions, and analyses are created using artificial intelligence technology
Generated content is for entertainment and personal use purposes only
Results are predictions and estimates, not medical diagnoses or factual representations
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or medical validity of any generated content
2.3 Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors
We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access to the App
3. USER ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION
3.1 Account Creation
Some features of the App may require account creation or subscription
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Subscription Plans
The App offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features
Subscription plans are billed through Apple's App Store
Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple
4.2 Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy
We do not provide direct refunds - all refunds must be processed through Apple

4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time
Price changes will not affect your current subscription period
You will be notified of price changes before your next billing cycle
5. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USES
5.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
You must respect the rights of others when using the App
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Upload, share, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
- Upload images of individuals without their consent
- Use the App to create content that violates anyone's privacy or rights
- Upload copyrighted material without authorization
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Share your account with others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5.3 Content Ownership
You must own or have permission to use any images you upload to the App
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process images
We are not responsible for any copyright infringement or unauthorized use of images
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

You grant us permission to store your uploaded images locally on your device for App functionality

Generated images and predictions created by the App are for your personal use
You may save, share, and use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes
You may not use generated content for commercial purposes without our written permission
We do not claim ownership of content generated for you
7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
7.1 AI Predictions Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate predictions and estimates
Generated baby portraits, predictions, and analyses are for entertainment purposes only
Results are not medical diagnoses, genetic predictions, or factual representations
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or validity of any generated content
Generated content should not be used for medical, legal, or professional purposes
7.2 No Medical Advice
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Ultrasound transformations and baby predictions are not medical procedures
You should not rely on App-generated content for medical decisions
Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice
7.3 Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times
The App may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by App unavailability
7.4 Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services (Google Gemini API, RevenueCat, Apple Services)
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE
8.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
- Any damages resulting from generated content or predictions
- Any damages resulting from third-party services
8.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim
If you have not paid for the App, our liability is limited to $0
9. INDEMNIFICATION
9.1 Your Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Content you upload or generate using the App
10. TERMINATION

You may stop using the App at any time
You may delete the App from your device at any time
Cancellation of subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
10.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice
We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you must stop using the App
We may delete your account and stored data
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
11. PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy

By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction
12.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info.stilak@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us
These Terms supersede all prior agreements and understandings

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect

By using Ultrasound to Image: BabyPic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use
You acknowledge that the App provides AI-generated content for entertainment purposes only
You acknowledge that results are predictions and estimates, not medical or factual representations
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
15.1 Modification Rights
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
Material changes will be notified through the App or via email
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
15.2 Review of Terms
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically
The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when changes were last made
