Here are two separate test cases that shows process modeling and prototyping skills.
The goal is to develop a prototype for a restaurant table booking project. It is a schematic description of all elements on the page and comments with functionality of every button, input, paragraph etc. The project will be mobile application.

The client is the owner of a small restaurant in Chicago. His restaurant cooks only 5 types of burgers and sells 3 types of coffee: Americano, Espresso and Latte.
Application must give ability to order burger and coffee in advance, so visitor of restaurant can come and grab his order without waiting.
System must provide functionality for restaurant owner to see the orders.
Visitors must be able to order coffee from the app.
Payment must be online.
Visitor must know when the order will be ready.
Both visitor and restaurant must receive notifications about events that happen during every order business process.
Visitors must have ability to register fast in the system with several clicks.
Restaurant must have a page to place information about their products and contacts.

The shoe factory has full cycle of production and product distribution. It also has a network of retail shoes boutiques. The company orders raw materials from 3 different countries. It develops a luxurious product.
Management Department determines overall business strategies, planning, monitoring execution of the plans, decision making etc.
Human Resource Department concerns about recruiting and employee welfare, handles labour issues, maintains employee attendance and absent records.
Financial (Accounting) Department manages accounts of the company, prepares payrolls, give payments to workers, maintains all kind payment and cash management and records of supplier/buyers payments.
Legal Department handles legal issues that may come up in the course of business, for instance during the ordering raw materials abroad or supplying to the sales destination points.
Marketing Department is responsible for marketing shoes made by the factory, finding new customers, and bringing more and more orders for the company.
Sales Department prepares sales plans, handles sales issues including sourcing and identifying customers (both retail shoe boutiques and legal people) in with aim to increase profitability, build and maintain relationships with them to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
Design Department develops shoe designs as per the latest trends and buyers test, playing an important role in their retaining.
Machine Maintenance Department sets up machines, repairs them and maintains the inventory, does preventive maintenance for machines and other equipment.
Quality Control Department sets up quality standards and controls their implementation, involved in product development and sampling stage ensuring only quality goods and raw staff are accepted by.
Production Department is responsible for the manufacture of shoes with the following decomposition:
Cutting Division is engaged in cutting fabric, leather and preparing other materials for the next stages of shoe production.
Stamping Division marks the cut pieces of leather required for shoemaking by ensuring against confusion later on when the pieces are stitched together.
Sewing Division manufactures shoe parts from the received materials, combines them together to form the final product.
Finishing (Packing) Division packs the manufactured shoes into the boxes.
Warehouse Department is responsible for preparing, storage and inventory tracking both raw materials and shoe with aim of their shipping for order fulfillment.
Logistic and Supply Chain Department coordinates the shipping (physically transporting) of both shoes and the necessary raw materials across the supply chain from suppliers to manufacturing, and also distributes the finished shoes to the final destination (retail shoe boutiques).

Research demand, trends and mode in the shoe-market.
Develop drawings and/or design of (new) shoe models.
Purchase, deliver and make inventory raw materials necessary for sewing shoes.
Start the production process (each stage involves quality control):
make the cut of elements from material (fabrics and leather) according to drawings and design;
stamp every element of the future product to avoid confusion during their connection;
connect shoe elements and fasten them (sewing, gluing, etc.);
prepare finished shoes for further transportation by packing them in boxes.
Develop a logistics route for transporting manufactured shoes to sales destination points (for instance, retail shoe boutique) and deliver them there.
Sale the shoes and receive revenue for it.
