Disqualifying offenses consist of the following: (1) inclusion on the National Sex Offender Registry, (2) felony assault, (3) possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, (4) indecent exposure, and (5) all sexual offenses. SSCI shares with County Recreation and Parks staff only the names of applicants who pass the screening process.
