Needed assistance
, Azalo-E watches upon humanity, seeing countless suffer as she requires. Soon, Azalo-E decides her yearly antic of simply watching humanity should change, aiding the creation of Azalo-F. Azalo-F was soon renowned due to Azalo-E’s influence as the strongest samurai of the common era. Though born with talents, Azalo-F slowly gained the knowledge of proper fighting, learning everything required with his weapon of choice, an odachi.
As Azalo-F competed for power, ruling over any samurai or shogun he could, he was soon given the sanguine blade forged by Azalo-E. The sanguine blade possesses many powerful passive abilities and strength beyond any other odachi. Though soon enough, no one wanted to fight Azalo-F. His power was beyond what samurai at the time could handle. With the recent battle of Sekigahara. Azalo-F decided to test his power, taking on 140,000 samurai and shogun at once.
Then thou began.
True arts of a sword
, Azalo-F approached the battlefield, bodies already lying on the floor, with bloodstained swords flying about the air. Every samurai turned to meet Azalo-F’s gaze; he did have a 1.54 million koku bounty (1 billion US dollars) on his head after all. “I'll give my sacrifice to you all this once. Take my head from my shoulders, I'll give you what you require.” Azalo-F announces that the two armies accept temporary peace to battle one measly man.
Azalo-F sits, drawing his odachi. Letting the sun bounce off the sacred metal before rising for battle. “May my sword newly experience a proper battle, the sun's holy light, and an ocean of my enemies' blood,” Azalo-F mutters before charging the collective army. Azalo-F slashes through samurai after samurai, making sure to flourish after every kill. A powerful shogun suddenly rushes Azalo-F with his group. Azalo-F swiftly dodges and maneuvers around the group. One of the samurai takes a quick swipe at Azalo-F, severing his left arm. Azalo-F counters the next slash, cutting the samurai horizontally. The samurai watch in horror as Azalo-F regrows his arm. Azalo-F takes something from his pockets, throwing hundreds of knives straight up and deflecting them perfectly into people's heads. Azalo-F rushes the shogun simultaneously, entering a sword clash. The shogun shoves Azalo-F back, only to be stopped by a back kick. The shogun's head flies through the air as Azalo-F switches targets, Multiple samurai swinging overhead at once. Azalo-F kneels, blocking every upward strike before spinning with his odachi, slicing everyone nearby in half.
Azalo-F lifts a small dagger, cutting his fore arm and letting the blood smear on his odachi. “I wish you all the best,” Azalo-F states before throwing his sword straight at a samurai, stabbing his head. Azalo-F appears in front of the samurai, tearing his sword out and clashing with two other samurai. The samurai circle Azalo-F, using a combination of slashing and stabbing techniques.
Azalo-F suddenly disappears, reappearing around 3 seconds later as every samurai around him turns into hundreds of bloody chunks. 120,000 remain. Azalo-F winds his odachi far back, slashing forward with incredible speed and completely severing a shogun in 2. A samurai immobilized Azalo-F, two others quickly disarming him as another group prepares a quick finishing blow. Azalo-F impales the samurai, immobilizing him with a knife hand, using the body as a temporary shield as he retrieves his odachi from the corpse, holding it. Many samurai atop a mountain fire cannons, forcing Azalo-F to take defense and dodge every shot. One bold samurai grapples Azalo-F, attempting to sacrifice himself to kill Azalo-F. “I recognize your attempts to sacrifice, sadly, your life is worth much less than mine,” Azalo-F says calmly, swiftly breaking the arms of the samurai and swiftly decapitating him. The cannon fire soon ceases, the smoke swiftly clearing to allow visibility. “Let me introduce you to the art I've made. Art of Odachi, 5th line; Scatter slash.” Azalo-F states under his breath before rushing straight at a small group, reducing everyone to bloody chunks with a single swipe. 70,000 remain. A shogun knees Azalo-F, stunning the warrior for a quick combo. Azalo-F briefly repositions, slashing at the shogun only for his odachi to be caught. “Can't say. Your strength is something to be admired.” Azalo-F praises before backhanding the shogun, following up with a vertical slash to finish him. Many samurai throw their swords, forcing Azalo-F to deflect as they close the gap. Azalo-F quickly grabs one of their sword out of the air, slashing the throats of every samurai rushing with one swift dash. “Pitiful,” Azalo-F mutters, his stamina finally showing.
Azalo-F takes a second to breathe, letting the samurai regroup nearby. “Well, I might as well give it my all. Keep in mind the attacks I'm using from now on would have been dual-wield techniques, but due to my lack of a second odachi. I'll do it all with one.” Azalo-F announces as he swiftly winds his odachi to his back, rushing forward with ungodly speed. Azalo-F rips through the samurai, occasionally clashing, though his sheer momentum tears straight through any defense they throw. Azalo-F stops briefly, winding his sword a second time; “Art of odachi, page 2, line 17; Lightspeed scatter slash.” Azalo-F chants before seemingly teleporting around to every nearby samurai, either turning them or their sword into small chunks as he flourishes his blade, twirling an imaginary second odachi to signify his lack of a second odachi. 40,000 remain. The remaining samurai take out matchlock firearms, shooting straight at Azalo-F. Azalo-F twirls his sword all around him, expertly deflecting every bullet, cutting some in half. A samurai suddenly sneaks up on Azalo-F, slashing at him. Azalo-F attempts a block, his odachi shattering before tearing the samurai's head off. “Loser,” Azalo-F mutters before rushing another samurai, using the partly broken blade to slash the samurai's legs off. The others watch as Azalo-F’s sword regrows… somehow. A samurai stabs Azalo-F in the back, letting two others go for a decapitating blow. Azalo-F snaps the samurai's sword in half, spinning around to decapitate the soldier restraining him. The two others back up, getting their footing and taking swords from nearby bodies. “How many chances do I have to give, one after another, you fall. Though SACRIFICE is always a requirement.” Azalo-F states, his sword glinted with a crimson light despite the lack of red light. Azalo-F throws his odachi into a samurai's head, rushing to the samurai and swiftly pulling his sword. 20 remain, alas.
Azalo-F walks to the last 20, his odachi glinting. “Where is your courage? You all thought this would be a fair fight, huh?” Azalo-F teases as he slowly picks off samurai 1 by 1, approaching the last of the 2 armies. “Alas, out of any samurai, you survived. I give you my praise, sadly, you have to die anyway. I'll make your death notable. Art of Odachi, page 49, line 17, Radiant slash; execution.” Azalo-F swiftly slashes straight through the samurai, his slash leaving an iridescent trail. Azalo-F flourishes his odachi as the soldier explodes into chunks. “Frozen flower petals lying atop a shining mountain. Sunlight bouncing off crystal glass, illuminating the newest day." Azalo-F states as he sheaths his odachi, ending the great war then.
After many given strengths, Azalo-F had won alas.
