I received my PhD in Mathematics from the Technische Universität München (TUM), Munich, Germany, in 2006, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Günter Schlichting and the co-supervision of Prof. Dr. Hartmut Führ. My research has been supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM), the AMS-Simons Research Enhancement Grant, a Simons Fellowship, the CUNY Chancellor’s Research Fellowship, and PSC-CUNY grants.

Organizer of:

CUNY GC Harmonic Analysis and PDE Seminars at the Graduate Center

CUNY GC Analysis and PDE Students Learning Seminars at the Graduate Center, CUNY

The CUNY Data Science and Applied Topology Seminars at the Graduate Center

TRIPODS-STEMFORALL at the University of Rochester

If you are interested in presenting at any of our upcoming seminars, please contact me by email at amayeli at gc.cuny.edu with your proposed topic and a brief bio.
