I am a Professor of Mathematics at City University of New York (CUNY), the Graduate Center, and the QCC campus.
I received my PhD in mathematics from the Technische Universität München (TUM) in Munich, Germany, in 2006, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Günter Schlichting and co-supervision of my academic brother Prof. Dr. Hartmut Führ. My research has been supported by National Science Foundation (NSF), Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM), AMS-Simon Research Enhanchement Grant, Simons Fellowship, CUNY Chancellor Research Fellowship and PSC-CUNY grants.
My research interests include, but are not limited to, harmonic analysis, frame theory, and its applications in signal processing.
Organizer of:
CUNY GC Harmonic Analysis and PDE Seminars at the Graduate Center
CUNY GC Analysis and PDE Students Learning Seminars at the Graudate Center, CUNY
