Networking Events

The Arizona Community of Practice on Transition (AZCoPT) regularly hosts Local Community of Practice on Transition (LCoPT) Networking Events. These virtual Networking Events are opportunities to connect with community stakeholders interested in improving the secondary transition experience and post-school outcomes for youth and young adults who have disabilities in Arizona. Be prepared for interactive breakout sessions by your region where you can share and learn about available resources and gain information about the LCoPT(s) in your area.
