نحن في تطبيق أذان النخبة (Azan Elite) نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بالتعامل مع بياناتك بشفافية ومسؤولية. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه أنواع البيانات التي قد يعالجها التطبيق، وكيف تُستخدم، ومتى قد تُنقل إلى خدمات خارجية، والخيارات المتاحة لك.
باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة، بالقدر الذي تسمح به القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.
قد يطلب التطبيق إذن الوصول إلى موقع جهازك التقريبي أو الدقيق عند الحاجة إلى وظائف تعتمد على الموقع.
يُستخدم الموقع من أجل:
حساب مواقيت الصلاة.
تحديد اتجاه القبلة.
توفير معلومات الطقس المحلي.
يتم الوصول إلى الموقع أثناء استخدام التطبيق في الواجهة الأمامية فقط. لا يستخدم التطبيق صلاحية الوصول إلى الموقع في الخلفية.
عند استخدام وظيفة الطقس، قد تُرسل إحداثيات موقعك، مثل خط العرض وخط الطول، إلى OpenWeatherMap للحصول على حالة الطقس الحالية والتوقعات.
يستخدم التطبيق خدمات Google Firebase Analytics وFirebase Crashlytics بهدف فهم طريقة استخدام التطبيق وتحسين استقراره ومعالجة الأخطاء.
قد تشمل البيانات المعالجة، بحسب الوظيفة المستخدمة، معلومات مثل:
تفاعلات المستخدم مع شاشات التطبيق.
بعض الإجراءات والأحداث داخل التطبيق.
أحداث مرتبطة بموثوقية تشغيل الأذان.

تُرسل البيانات المرتبطة بهذه الخدمات إلى Google وتتم معالجتها وفق سياسات Google ذات الصلة.
يعرض التطبيق إعلانات باستخدام Google AdMob.
قد تستخدم خدمات الإعلانات بعض معرّفات الجهاز أو التقنيات ذات الصلة لتقديم الإعلانات وقياس أدائها، وفق إعدادات الإعلانات والاختيارات المتاحة للمستخدم.
يستخدم التطبيق Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) لإدارة موافقات الخصوصية المتعلقة بالإعلانات المخصصة، حيثما تكون هذه الموافقة مطلوبة.
يمكنك رفض الإعلانات المخصصة عندما يكون خيار الرفض متاحًا لك؛ وفي هذه الحالة قد تستمر في مشاهدة إعلانات غير مخصصة.
عند طلب معلومات الطقس، يرسل التطبيق إحداثيات موقعك اللازمة للخدمة إلى OpenWeatherMap، مثل خط العرض وخط الطول، للحصول على بيانات الطقس الحالية والتوقعات.
يتم نقل هذه البيانات عبر اتصال HTTPS مشفّر أثناء النقل.

تُعالج بعض البيانات محليًا على جهازك ولا يتم إرسالها إلى خوادمنا لمجرد استخدامها داخل التطبيق، ومن أمثلتها:
إعدادات التطبيق وتفضيلاتك.
عمليات حساب مواقيت الصلاة التي تتم محليًا.
عدادات الأذكار والتسبيح.
ملفات الصوت التي تختار استيرادها إلى التطبيق، عندما تبقى ضمن التخزين المحلي.
بعض بيانات النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة والتصدير التي ينشئها المستخدم.
إذا اخترت استيراد ملف صوتي لمؤذن أو إقامة، فإن التطبيق يتعامل معه محليًا على جهازك وفق وظيفة الاستيراد المتاحة.
لا تُرسل هذه الملفات الصوتية إلى خوادمنا لمجرد استيرادها إلى التطبيق.
قد يوفر التطبيق وظائف للنسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة وتصدير بعض البيانات أو التقارير.
عند إنشاء ملف تصدير بناءً على طلبك، يتم حفظه في المكان الذي تحدده أنت وفق آلية المشاركة أو التخزين التي تختارها في جهازك. نحن لا نجمع ملفات التصدير لمجرد أن التطبيق أنشأها محليًا.
قد تنتقل بعض البيانات إلى خدمات خارجية عندما تكون هذه الخدمات ضرورية لتوفير وظائف التطبيق، ومنها:

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
وتتم معالجة البيانات لدى الخدمات الخارجية وفق سياسات الخصوصية وشروط تلك الخدمات.
تختلف مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات بحسب نوعها ومكان معالجتها.
البيانات المحلية: تبقى على جهازك إلى أن تقوم أنت بحذفها، مثل استخدام خيار مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات النظام أو إزالة التطبيق.
البيانات التي تُرسل إلى خدمات خارجية: قد تحتفظ بها الجهة المقدمة للخدمة وفق سياساتها وإعداداتها الخاصة بالاحتفاظ بالبيانات.
لا نذكر مدة محددة لخدمات الأطراف الثالثة عندما لا يمكننا إثباتها بشكل مستقل، ولذلك ننصح بمراجعة سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الخدمات.
نستخدم وسائل مناسبة لحماية البيانات أثناء نقلها إلى الخدمات الخارجية، بما في ذلك HTTPS عندما يكون ذلك مطبقًا.
ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق لأي نظام أو خدمة عبر الإنترنت، كما أن أمن البيانات التي تتم معالجتها بواسطة خدمات خارجية يخضع أيضًا للضوابط والإجراءات الأمنية التي تطبقها تلك الخدمات.
لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل الدخول إلى حساب.
لذلك لا توجد آلية داخل التطبيق لحذف "حساب مستخدم".
أما البيانات المخزنة محليًا على جهازك، فيمكنك حذفها باستخدام خيار مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات Android، أو بإزالة التطبيق وفق إمكانات نظام جهازك.
لا يستخدم التطبيق الميكروفون لقياس الضوضاء المحيطة، ولا يسجل أو يخزن أو يرسل أصواتًا من البيئة المحيطة بالمستخدم.
التطبيق ليس موجّهًا للأطفال بشكل خاص، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.

Calculate prayer times.
Determine the Qibla direction.
Provide local weather information.
Location access occurs while the App is being used in the foreground. The App does not use background location access.
When you request weather information, the App may send the location coordinates required for that service, such as latitude and longitude, to OpenWeatherMap to obtain current weather conditions and forecasts.
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used, improve stability, and investigate technical problems.
Depending on the feature being used, processed information may include:
User interactions with App screens.
Certain in-App actions and events.
Events related to Adhan reliability.
Ad-loading errors.
Crash reports.
Diagnostic information associated with crashes or App performance.
Certain device information associated with these services.
Information processed through these services is transmitted to Google and handled in accordance with Google's applicable policies.
The App displays advertisements using Google AdMob.
Advertising services may use certain device identifiers or related technologies to serve and measure advertisements, depending on advertising settings and the choices available to the user.
The App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage privacy consent relating to personalized advertising where such consent is required.
You may decline personalized advertising where that choice is available to you. In that case, you may continue to receive non-personalized advertisements.
When you request weather information, the App sends the location coordinates required for that service, such as latitude and longitude, to OpenWeatherMap to obtain current weather conditions and forecasts.
This information is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Some information is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers merely because you use it within the App. Examples include:
App settings and preferences.
Prayer-time calculations performed locally.
Adhkar and tasbeeh counters.
Audio files that you choose to import into the App, where they remain in local storage.
Certain backup, restore, and export data created by the user.
If you choose to import an audio file for a muezzin or Iqama, the App handles that file locally on your device according to the available import functionality.
These audio files are not sent to our servers merely because you import them into the App.
The App may provide functionality for backup, restore, and export of certain data or reports.
When an export file is created at your request, it is saved to the location you choose through the sharing or storage mechanisms available on your device. We do not collect export files merely because the App creates them locally.
Certain information may be transmitted to third-party services when those services are needed to provide App functionality, including:

Local data: remains on your device until you delete it, for example by using Android's App data clearing option or removing the App.
Data transmitted to third-party services: may be retained by the respective service provider according to its own retention policies and settings.
We do not state specific retention periods for third-party services where we cannot independently verify them. We therefore recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those services for more information.
We use appropriate measures to protect data during transmission to third-party services, including HTTPS where applicable.
However, no online system or service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Data processed by third-party services is also subject to the security controls and practices implemented by those services.
The App does not require you to create an account or sign in to an account.
Accordingly, there is no in-App "account deletion" process.
Local data stored on your device can be deleted using Android's Clear App Data option or by removing the App, subject to the capabilities of your device and operating system.
The App does not use the microphone to measure ambient noise and does not record, store, or transmit sounds from the user's surroundings.
The App is not specifically directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information in circumstances requiring special handling under applicable law, please contact us using the information below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as a result of changes to the App, the services we use, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
