Before & After Care

6:00-7:00 (Morning Care)

Scholars will meet in the gym and have rotating quiet activities (large blocks, cutting and gluing, legos, board games, book bins, toy bins, etc.) Scholars will be supervised by one staff member and dismissed to homerooms.

4:15-6:15 (After Care)

Scholars will be dismissed to the gym by their homeroom teachers at 4:15 or when all cars from pick up have left. 

Scholars will go to a table in the gym and wait to be signed in to aftercare.

Once scholars have been signed in to aftercare by Staff 1, scholars may choose to go to the snack table(s) or the activity table(s) where they will be supervised by Staff 2.

Scholars will remain at tables until approximately 4:40. At approximately 4:40 scholars will clean up from snacks and activities, and will have the choice to do a craft or an (indoor/outdoor) active game until approximately 5:30.

At approximately 5:30, or whenever there are 12 or fewer scholars remaining, Staff 1 will clock out and Staff 2 will supervise the remainder of the scholars indoors until 6:15.

Coupon punch cards sold in advance (10th hour free)

On-demand at pick-up/drop off using Venmo or Zelle.

5 dollars per hour, per child, no pro-rating.
