I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Istanbul Technical University (ITU). 

Currently, I am visiting the Business Advancement Center for Health at the University of Minnesota.

My research evaluates education and health policies through empirical micro-economic studies, concentrating mainly on women and children.
