We apply fundamental principles from the physical and life sciences to address pressing and emerging challenges with applications to human health and well-being. We use techniques like enzymatic assays, 3D microfabrication, and autonomous microfluidics, to measure medication exposure to prevent treatment failure and drug resistance. We aim to develop rapid and user-friendly methods that can be used directly at the point of need whether in a doctor’s office, person's home, or field site.
