The work focus and contest
Even though we are an internet company, it's pretty mindblowing that we've had a lot more presence in the offline contest and during offline events. What does this mean?
As we are a SAAS company we need to show up more online. Right? Yes if you responded yes, you were not wrong we work straight like one. And we are a SAAS company. No problemos.
But the market we are serving needs more than that and that's why we currently focus more on computer hardware installation which in fact is making more profit for the company.
Never the less this doesn't mean we hire only on-field technicians nor we only install devices. We work hard building, updating, and optimizing our existing software for the good of our customers. Indeed that's why we also need computer programmers.
Challenges well-to-knows
Since we are building in a system that is different from the "silicon Valey style" system, things are a little bit different when it comes to staff management. There big chances that local workers would not be so familiar with our processing level. And some times it may require a tremendous follow up with the team to make them enlightened with our core values. This means there must be follow up in team education, there must be follow up on processing methods and there must be follow up on mindset.
