Privacy Policy - Multi-Color Calculator
Last updated: November 24, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes our data practices for the Android version of Multi-Color Calculator, which is a customizable calculator distributed via Google Play.
When you use Multi-Color Calculator, most of the data described in this policy is collected through Google’s services (like AdMob and Firebase) so that:
ads can be shown and measured
basic app usage and crashes can be analyzed
purchases and subscriptions can be handled by Google Play
app features can work as intended and be improved over time
This data is mostly tied to device or app identifiers, not to your real name.
You can control a lot of this through your device and Google account settings.
The details are below.
Who we are
Multi-Color Calculator is developed and operated by Application Workshop Apps LLC.
If you have questions, you can email us at: support@applicationworkshopapps.com

Third-party services we use
Multi-Color Calculator uses the following Google services:
Google AdMob – for ads and ad measurement.
Google Analytics for Firebase – for basic analytics and events.
Firebase – to help configure certain app settings and improve the app over time.
Google Play services – to handle platform services provided by Google, including in-app purchases and subscriptions through Google Play.
Google Cloud – where some analytics data from Firebase may be exported so we can run aggregate reports about how the app is used.
These Google services may receive information from Multi-Color Calculator such as device identifiers, app usage information, diagnostic data, and approximate location, as described in this Privacy Policy, so that ads can be shown and measured and we can understand and improve how the app is used.
These services are provided by Google and follow Google’s own privacy policies. For more details, see:
Google Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/
Firebase Privacy & Security: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Where data is stored and for how long
Data used by AdMob, Firebase, Google Play, and Google Cloud is stored on Google’s servers, which may be located in various countries (for example, the United States and other regions where Google operates data centers).
Analytics data that we export to Google Cloud infrastructure may be kept as long as we reasonably need it to understand and improve Multi-Color Calculator, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or configuration.
Your choices
Because most data is pseudonymous and stored by Google, we usually cannot match analytics or ads data back to a specific person who emails us.
We do not currently offer a separate in-app or website tool that lets you delete or download this analytics and advertising data.
You can still control how a lot of data is used:
On your device:
Limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device’s privacy or ads settings.
Control app permissions in your system settings.
In your Google account:
Manage ad personalization, activity controls, and some analytics settings in your Google account.
In consent dialogs (where shown):
If you see consent or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” prompts powered by Google’s User Messaging Platform, you can use those to control how certain data is used for ads and measurement.
Multi-Color Calculator has a setting to control Google Analytics for Firebase (where available). The app is configured so that analytics is off by default and only turns on if you enable it in the app. You can turn it off again at any time, which stops new analytics events from being sent to Google Analytics for Firebase; this does not affect other Google services used in the app.
If you email us at support@applicationworkshopapps.com, we can explain what controls are available through Google and your device, but we may not be able to directly modify or erase pseudonymous data stored only in Google’s systems.
Children's Privacy
Multi-Color Calculator is made for a general audience and is not designed for children under 13.
We do not knowingly ask children for names, emails, or other direct contact details in the app. Most data is technical and tied to devices, not to named individuals. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information in a way that identifies them, please contact us and we will review and take appropriate action where required.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect the information processed in connection with Multi-Color Calculator. Data sent between the app and Google’s services (like AdMob and Firebase) is generally encrypted in transit using HTTPS or similar technologies.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Changes take effect immediately when they are posted on this page. We recommend that you review this page periodically for any changes.
