private policy
Draft text for the page that Google Play and the in-game consent screen both link to. It describes what this build actually does: every SDK named below is in the APK, and nothing else collects anything. If the integration changes, this has to change with it — see Docs/voodoo_sdk_notes.md for what is wired up.
It is a starting point written from the code, not legal advice. Read it before you publish it; you are the one who answers for it being true.

AVMV studio ("we") develops and operates the mobile game Harvest Loop (com.avmvstudio.harvestloop) ("the Game"). This policy explains what the Game collects, why, and who it is shared with.
The Game has no accounts, no sign-in and no way to type anything into it. We never ask you for your name, your email address, your location or any other personal detail, and we have no way to contact you. What the Game does collect is anonymous information about how it is played and about the device it is played on, which is used to understand whether the game is any good and where people stop enjoying it.
The Game uses three third-party services. Each of them collects data under its own privacy policy:
GameAnalytics — gameplay analytics. Records in-game events (a level started or finished, a machine bought, an upgrade purchased), session length, and technical details about the device: model, operating system version, language and country. Used to see how the game is played. Policy: https://gameanalytics.com/privacy
Adjust — install attribution. Records that the Game was installed and which advertisement or link it was installed from, together with device identifiers and the IP address used at the time. Used to measure whether advertising works. Policy: https://www.adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy/
Meta (Facebook) SDK — advertising measurement. Records app events and device identifiers so that advertising campaigns run on Meta platforms can be measured. Policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy
These services may collect your device's advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID). You can reset it or opt out of personalised advertising at any time in Android's Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Your progress — the field, the machines, your money, which level you are on — is saved on your device only. We never receive it, and deleting the Game deletes it.
It does not show advertisements.
It does not sell anything, and contains no purchases of any kind.
It does not ask for, or have access to, your contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera or precise location.
It does not sell or rent data to anyone.
It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Where the law requires it — in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — the Game asks for your consent before any of the above begins, when you first open it. If you decline, the services listed above are not started.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you have the right to ask what data about you is held, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. In California you have comparable rights under the CCPA. Because the Game holds no information that identifies you personally, we usually cannot find "your" data on our own — so a request should include your device's advertising identifier, which you can read in Android's settings under Privacy → Ads.
Write to us and we will act on it within 30 days.
We keep nothing ourselves. The services named above keep data under their own retention policies, which their own privacy policies describe.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced in the Game itself.
