Avinya AI Privacy Policy

Avinya AI is a local-first assistant developed by Avinya Studios. We designed the app so that your chats and media stay on your device unless you explicitly choose to export them.
What we collect
- Chat messages, images, voice input, and generated responses are stored locally on your device.
- The app may access your camera only when you choose to take or attach a photo.
- The app may access your microphone only when you choose voice input.
- The app may create local diagnostics and support information when you use support or export features.
What we do not collect by default
- We do not send your chat history, images, audio, or prompts to our servers by default.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use advertising trackers inside the app.
- We do not require an account for normal use.
How data is used
- On-device AI features process your inputs locally on the phone.
- Camera and microphone permissions are used only for the feature you initiated.
- Exported support bundles are user-initiated and are meant to help diagnose app issues.
Sharing
- We do not share your app data with third parties by default.
- If you export or share content yourself, that sharing is under your control.
Retention and deletion
- Data stays on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
- Any file you export or share remains on your device or the destination you selected.
Security
- Avinya AI is built to run on-device and uses local storage for app data.
- We keep network access limited to the minimum needed for app operation and optional user-initiated actions.
