Welcome to Avialuxus.
This Privacy Policy explains how Avialuxus ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our iOS game.
Avialuxus is a single-player arcade game. Most features work entirely on your device.
The App includes an optional Cosmic Assistant powered by OpenAI. The AI Assistant is used only if you choose to enable it.
We do not sell your personal information and do not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics in the App.
To provide gameplay and save your progress, the App stores information locally on your device, including:
Player display name
Game progress
Score, XP, level, and crystals
Unlocked skins, arenas, and achievements
Selected customization options
Sound and music preferences
Tutorial completion status
AI Assistant consent preference
This information remains on your device unless you delete the App or clear its data.
If you enable the Cosmic Assistant, the App may securely send the following information to OpenAI:
Your chat messages or questions
Limited game information (such as current mode, level, or score) needed to generate relevant responses
Using the AI Assistant is completely optional. The core gameplay works normally without enabling this feature.
If the AI Assistant is disabled, the App does not send chat requests to OpenAI.
The App does not collect:
Precise location data
Contacts
Photos
Microphone recordings
Advertising identifiers for tracking
User accounts or login credentials
Payment card information
The information is used only to:
Save your game progress and settings
Remember your preferences
Generate AI responses when you choose to use the AI Assistant
Remember whether you have enabled or disabled AI features
When you use the AI Assistant, your messages are securely transmitted to OpenAI using encrypted HTTPS connections.
OpenAI processes this information according to its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Distribution of the App and any Apple services are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.
Avialuxus is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
Parents or guardians should supervise the use of optional AI features where required by applicable law.
Local game data remains on your device until you:
uninstall the App,
reset the App,
or clear the App's local data.
Information sent to OpenAI is retained according to OpenAI's own policies.
You may:
Decline AI consent during onboarding.
Enable or disable the AI Assistant at any time in Settings.
Change your player name and preferences.
Remove local data by deleting the App.
Local data is protected by the iOS application sandbox.
Network communication with OpenAI uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
If you use the AI Assistant, information you send may be processed on servers located outside your country, depending on OpenAI's infrastructure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the Last updated date at the top of this page.
