I have an old laptop with XP had CMS supervisor R15. Received new laptop with WIN 7 64bit. Downloaded CMS R16.3 Our Administrator installed the new CMS R16.3. All seems good except when clicking on the ICON. I logon then get the following error 429. CMS was uninstalled and re installed. Roaming and local profiles were removed.restarted still getting 429
I've tried all the "fixes" on this blog.. I thought it would work by giving auth user full admin... we have XA 6.5, I launched the apps perfectly as an admin (that's normal).. then I tried using the test user... even giving full admin to auth users or to the specific test account, I get that error ... any other issues? we have avaya cms supervisor r14
