a.Account Information.

b.Images.
(Ⅰ)When using the App's generation function, you will need to voluntarily upload any image and we will process the image information to generate an AI image. When uploading this information, we will ask you to authorize the album permissions, this type of information must be collected in order to provide the service, and the system will delete your uploaded images after the service is over.
(Ⅱ)You can customize your avatar, a process where we ask you to authorize camera and album permissions. This information is encrypted and stored in our database. If you wish to remove user information, you can contact us via the web or email.
c.Nickname.
You can set and allow the system to obtain your nickname. This part of the information is only used for system identification and will not be provided to any third party, and we will not use this information for other activities. You can also set any nickname.
d.Payments and transactions
When you make a purchase through the Services, our third-party payment processor collects your payment information. We keep a record of your purchases and the features you select.

To provide you with a personalized AI companion that allows you to talk and interact with your AI companion, we will use your account information, profile information, payment and transaction information, device and network data, usage data.

To improve and add functionality to our services and develop our business and marketing strategies, we will use your account information, profile information, payment and transaction information, device and network data, usage data.

We will not share your information with any other company, organization or individual except as follows:
a.Obtaining your prior express consent or authorization.
b.Handle your disputes or controversies with others at your request.
c.May be shared with law enforcement and government authorities for legal compliance and protection purposes.

Once your request is accepted, we will delete all of your data in the APP, including but not limited to all authoring and purchasing history. Once your account is permanently deleted, you will not be able to revoke the "deleted account" or recover your data.

These Services is not intended for anyone under the age of 13(in some cases, this age may vary depending on the legal requirements of your jurisdiction, collectively, the "Minimum User Age"). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the Minimum User Age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 without parental consent has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete that information.
