Any2PDF (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and handled when you use the Any2PDF mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

a) Files You Select

Any2PDF allows you to select files (such as documents, images, or text files) from your device for the purpose of converting them to PDF.

• Files are accessed only when you explicitly select them

• Files are used only to perform the requested conversion

• We do not scan or access files in the background

b) File Metadata

The app may temporarily read basic file metadata such as:

• File name

• File size

• File type

This information is used solely to:

• Display files in the app

• Show conversion history

• Perform correct conversions

c) Conversion History

Any2PDF stores a local conversion history on your device, including:

• Output file name

• Conversion date

• File type

• Output file location

This data:

• Is stored locally on your device only

• Is never synced, uploaded, or shared

• Can be deleted by you at any time from within the app

2. Cloud Conversion

For certain file types (such as Office or LibreOffice formats), Any2PDF uses a cloud-based document conversion service.

When you choose to convert such files:

• Your selected file is uploaded only for conversion

• The file is processed temporarily and returned as a PDF

• The file is not stored permanently

• The file is not used for analytics, advertising, or profiling

We do not require user accounts or personal identification for cloud conversions.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

Any2PDF does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or personal identifiers

• Location data

• Contacts or messages

• Usage analytics or tracking identifiers

• Advertising IDs

• Background file access

4. Permissions

Any2PDF requests only the minimum permissions required to function:

• File access – to allow you to select files for conversion

• Storage access – to save converted PDF files

These permissions are used only while you actively use the app.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Files are shared only:

• With the cloud conversion service when required

• For the sole purpose of converting the file you selected

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:

• Files are handled temporarily

• Local data is stored using Android’s app sandbox

• No unnecessary data is retained

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

Any2PDF is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Changes will be reflected within the app or on the app’s store listing.
