개인정보 보호정책

위치고정 사진찍기(Same Spot Camera) 앱(이하 "본 앱")은 사용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 본 정책을 다음과 같이 운영합니다.
1. 본 앱이 직접 수집하는 정보
본 앱은 회원 가입이나 계정 기능이 없으며, 다음 항목을 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
- 이메일, 이름, 전화번호, 주소 등 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보
- 사용자가 촬영한 사진
본 앱은 촬영한 사진을 오직 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장하며, 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 송출을 위해 Google AdMob 이 단말기 식별자(IP 주소, 광고 식별자 등)를 자동으로 처리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 아래 5번 항목을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
2. 카메라 및 사진
본 앱의 핵심 기능은 같은 자리에서 같은 구도로 시간차를 두고 찍은 사진을 모아 변화를 보여 주는 것입니다.
- 카메라 권한은 앱 안에서 사진을 촬영하기 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
- 촬영한 사진은 앱 전용 저장 공간에 보관되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 촬영한 사진은 기기의 사진 보관함에도 한 장씩 저장됩니다. 사용자가 앱 밖에서도 사진을 쓸 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이며, 저장 외의 목적으로 사진 보관함을 사용하지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 직접 고른 사진만 앱으로 가져옵니다. 고스트(겹쳐 보기)로 쓸 사진을 고르거나, 전에 찍어 둔 사진을 세트에 추가할 때 기기의 기본 사진 선택 화면이 열립니다. 이때 사용자가 선택한 사진만 앱 전용 폴더로 복사되며, 보관함의 다른 사진을 읽거나 사진 목록을 수집하지 않습니다.
- 촬영 화면에 보이는 고스트, 기준 핀, 격자, 사각 가이드는 구도를 맞추기 위한 화면 표시일 뿐이며 사진 파일에는 기록되지 않습니다.
- 내보내기로 만든 GIF 타임랩스 파일은 사용자가 직접 공유하거나 저장을 선택할 때만 다른 앱으로 전달됩니다.
3. 단말기 내부 저장 데이터
본 앱은 모든 데이터를 단말기 내부에만 보관하며, 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
- 세트와 사진 기록: 앱 전용 데이터베이스
- 촬영한 사진, 앨범에서 가져온 사진, 내보내기 파일: 앱 전용 폴더
- 언어, 테마, 가이드 설정: 앱 기본 설정 저장소
위 데이터는 사용자가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다.
4. 권한
- 카메라: 앱 안에서 사진을 촬영하기 위해 사용됩니다.
- 사진 보관함 (추가): 촬영한 사진과 타임랩스를 보관함에 저장하기 위해 사용됩니다.
- 사진 보관함 (읽기): 사용자가 앨범에서 사진을 직접 고를 때만 사용됩니다.
- 인터넷 및 네트워크 상태: 광고를 불러오기 위해 사용됩니다.
- 광고 식별자: AdMob 광고 식별에 사용됩니다.
- 추적 권한: 맞춤형 광고를 위해 사용됩니다. 아래 5번 항목을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
그 외의 단말기 권한은 요구하지 않습니다.
5. 광고 및 추적
본 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 포함합니다.
- 화면 하단의 배너 광고
- 타임랩스 내보내기와 앨범 고스트 선택 시 표시되는 보상형 광고
AdMob 은 맞춤형 광고를 제공하기 위해 광고 식별자 등 일부 정보를 수집하고 처리할 수 있습니다.
iOS 에서는 앱을 처음 실행할 때 추적 허용 여부를 묻는 화면이 표시됩니다. 이는 애플의 앱 추적 투명성(App Tracking Transparency) 정책에 따른 것으로, 사용자가 허용한 경우에만 광고 식별자가 맞춤형 광고에 사용됩니다. 허용하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 그대로 사용할 수 있으며, 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고가 표시됩니다. 이 선택은 기기의 설정에서 언제든지 바꿀 수 있습니다.
유럽 등 적용 지역에서는 UMP(사용자 메시징 플랫폼) 동의 절차를 제공하며, 앱의 설정 화면에서 언제든 다시 열 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

Same Spot Camera (the "App") operates under the following policy in order to protect your privacy.
1. Information the App collects directly
The App has no sign-up or account feature, and does not collect any of the following.
- Information that identifies you, such as your email address, name, phone number or postal address
- The photos you take
Photos you take are stored only on your own device and are never sent to any server of ours. Google AdMob may, however, automatically process device identifiers such as your IP address and advertising identifier in order to serve ads. See section 5 below.
2. Camera and photos
The purpose of the App is to collect photos taken at the same spot and framing over time, so that change becomes visible.
- Camera access is used only to take photos inside the App.
- Photos you take are kept in the App's own storage and are not sent anywhere.
- Each photo you take is also saved to your device's photo library, so that you can use it outside the App. The photo library is not used for any other purpose.
- Only photos you select yourself are brought into the App. When you choose a photo to use as the ghost overlay, or add photos you took earlier to a set, your device's standard photo picker opens. Only the photos you pick there are copied into the App's folder. The App does not read any other photo, and does not collect a list of your library.
- The ghost overlay, reference pin, grid and rectangle guide shown on the camera screen are on-screen aids for lining up your shot. They are not written into the photo file.
- A GIF timelapse you export is passed to another app only when you choose to share or save it yourself.
3. Data stored on your device
All data stays on your device and is never sent to a server of ours.
- Sets and photo records: the App's own database
- Photos you took, photos imported from your album, and exported files: the App's own folder
- Language, theme and guide settings: the App's standard settings storage
All of this is removed when you delete the App.
4. Permissions
- Camera: used to take photos inside the App.
- Photo library (add): used to save your photos and timelapses to your library.
- Photo library (read): used only when you pick photos from your album yourself.
- Internet and network state: used to load ads.
- Advertising identifier: used to identify AdMob ads.
- Tracking: used for personalised advertising. See section 5 below.
No other device permission is requested.
5. Advertising and tracking
The App includes Google AdMob advertising.
- A banner at the bottom of the screen
- A rewarded ad shown when you export a timelapse or pick a ghost from your album
AdMob may collect and process certain information, such as your advertising identifier, in order to serve personalised ads.
On iOS, the App asks for permission to track when you first open it. This follows Apple's App Tracking Transparency policy. Your advertising identifier is used for personalised advertising only if you allow it. If you do not allow it, every feature of the App still works exactly as before, and you will see non-personalised ads instead. You can change this choice at any time in your device settings.
Where it applies, such as in Europe, the App provides a UMP (User Messaging Platform) consent flow, which you can reopen at any time from the App's settings screen.
