Auttro ("we", "our") is a vehicle expense tracking app for Android developed by GenX Development Studio. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
Data stored on your device
All records you create in Auttro vehicles, fuel fill-ups, expenses, income, service records, routes, odometer readings, reminders and settings are stored locally on your device. We cannot access this data. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
2. Optional cloud sync
If you enable Sync, you sign in with your e-mail address using a one-time code. Your e-mail address and your app records are then stored in our cloud database (hosted on Supabase) solely to back up your data and keep your devices in sync. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sync is entirely optional; the app is fully functional without an account. You can delete your synced data at any time from the Sync screen in the app, or by e-mailing us.
Advertising
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process your device's advertising ID and related information to show and measure ads, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. Where required, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. You can remove all ads by purchasing Auttro Pro. Learn more: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
4. Purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage entitlements; RevenueCat receives purchase tokens and an anonymous app user identifier, never your payment details. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not collect your location. We do not access your contacts, photos or files.
6. Data deletion
Local data: clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Synced data: use "Delete synced data" in the app's Sync screen, or e-mail us and we will delete your account data within 30 days.
Children
Auttro is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; changes will be posted on this page.
