My Charger needed some service done on its front brakes. Scott was able to replace the brakes, discover that the rotors were bad, replaced the rotors, even thought they were stuck on and it took a little longer than normal. He was patient with the vehicle and managed to make the repairs in a timely manner. I appreciate this because I was in need of a vehicle the next day. He was able to communicate the problems so that I understood what could happen if the rotors were not switched out. He got me back on the road within a good time frame.
