Welcome to AutoMind. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your professional and personal use of the AutoMind mobile application (the "Application") developed by Most4Dev ("we," "us," or "our").
By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
## 1. Description of Service
AutoMind is a car maintenance tracking application. The core features allow users to track vehicle maintenance schedules based on manual entries of vehicle make, model, and daily mileage.
## 2. Subscriptions and Premium Features
The basic version of the Application allows tracking for up to 1 vehicle with advertisements.
We offer a Premium Subscription ("Subscription") on an auto-renewing basis. The Premium Subscription provides:
* Ability to add 2 or more vehicles.
* Complete removal of advertisements.
### Billing and Cancellation:
* **Auto-Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
* **Cancellation Process:** You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time:
- **Apple App Store (iOS):** You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions).
- **Google Play / RuStore / AppGallery (Android):** You can cancel through your Google Play Store or RuStore Account Settings.
Please note that deleting the Application from your device will NOT automatically cancel your active subscription.
* **Refunds:** All payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed directly by the respective platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or RuStore) in accordance with their standard store policies.
## 3. Data Accuracy and Liability Disclaimer
The Application is a tracking utility tool. All calculations (such as maintenance alerts based on daily mileage) are estimations based entirely on the data provided by the user.
* Most4Dev is not responsible for any mechanical failures, missed service intervals, or damage to your vehicle resulting from reliance on the Application's notifications.
* You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor your vehicle's actual odometer and follow the official manufacturer guidelines.
## 4. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the Application (including code, design, icons, and UI) belong exclusively to Most4Dev. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the Application without prior written consent.
## 5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the developer's region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
