INTRODUCTION

"Auto Manager Pro" respects the privacy of users of our mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how the application handles information when you use our mobile application "Auto Manager Pro" ("App").

By reading and using our App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION AND DATA STORAGE

Data stored locally on device

Auto Manager Pro is designed with privacy as a priority. All data you enter into the app remains exclusively on your device and is never transmitted or stored elsewhere:

• Vehicle data: brands, models, license plates, fuel data, maintenance information.

• Driver data: information about drivers who use your vehicles.

• Expense data: fuel costs, maintenance and other vehicle-related expenses.

• Reminders and notifications: dates and information related to reminders you configure in the App.

• App preferences: App settings, selected themes and other preferences.

This data is stored locally using SwiftData and remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

Subscription and advertising related information

When you use our App:

• Subscription information: when you purchase a subscription through the App, transaction information is handled by Apple and RevenueCat.

• Advertising-related information: data related to advertisements displayed through Google AdMob (only for users without subscription).

HOW OUR APP WORKS

Auto Manager Pro has been developed with a strong commitment to user privacy:

• Local processing: All main app functions (vehicle management, drivers, expenses, fuel, reminders) are processed locally on your device.

• Local notifications: Reminders and notifications are generated locally on the device.

• No data analytics: We do not collect or analyze app usage data or vehicle information.

The only interactions with external services involve:

• Subscriptions: We use RevenueCat to manage premium subscriptions.

• Advertising: We show Google AdMob ads only to users without subscription.

• Consent management: We use Google User Messaging Platform to obtain necessary consent for advertising, as required by privacy regulations.

INTERACTION WITH THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Auto Manager Pro interacts with some third-party services to provide specific functionalities:

Third-party service providers

• RevenueCat: manages subscriptions and in-app transactions. RevenueCat receives only the information necessary to manage subscriptions, such as purchase ID and subscription status.

• Google AdMob: provides advertisements within the App (only for users without subscription). Google AdMob may collect limited information such as device advertising ID to provide relevant ads.

• Google User Messaging Platform: manages user consent for advertising as required by privacy regulations.

These services operate in compliance with their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies to understand how they handle data.

Important: no sharing of vehicle or personal data

We never share your vehicle, driver, maintenance, fuel or other personal information entered in the app with third parties, as this data remains exclusively on your device.

LEGAL DISCLOSURE LIMITS

We do not collect, store or have access to personal or vehicle-related data you enter in the app, as this remains exclusively on your device. Consequently, we do not have the technical ability to disclose this data in response to legal requests.

The only information that could be subject to legal disclosure is that related to subscription transactions managed through RevenueCat and Apple.

ADVERTISING

The App includes ads provided by Google AdMob for users who do not have an active subscription. Google AdMob may use device identifiers and other information collected during App usage to provide personalized ads. Users can manage their advertising preferences through device settings and through the Privacy Options Form available in the App.

Users with active subscription do not see advertisements.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Since Auto Manager Pro stores all data exclusively on your device and we do not collect or have access to your personal information:

• Complete control: you have total control over all your data at all times.

• No requests necessary: it is not necessary to send us requests for access, correction or deletion of data, as you can directly manage all your data within the app.

• Device data: you can delete your data at any time by simply deleting the information in the app or uninstalling the app from your device.

Regarding third-party services the app interacts with:

• For subscription information managed by RevenueCat and Apple, you can consult their respective privacy policies to understand your rights.

• For Google AdMob advertising information, you can manage your preferences through your device's advertising settings and consult Google's privacy policy.

DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

Local data storage

All main app data is stored exclusively on your device using SwiftData:

• Vehicle information

• Driver data

• Maintenance records

• Fuel history

• Expenses and costs

• Reminders and notifications

• App preferences

We do not have access to this data as it remains completely on your device. This data is retained until:

• You manually delete it from the app

• You uninstall the application from the device

• You reset the device

Subscription data

Subscription-related information is managed by Apple and RevenueCat and is retained in accordance with their privacy policies and terms of service.

DATA SECURITY

The security of your personal information is important to us. Since vehicle data, drivers and all other information you enter in the app remains exclusively on your device, their security depends primarily on your device's protection measures.

We recommend that you:

• Keep your device's operating system updated

• Use a password or biometric authentication to protect your device

• Do not share access to your device with unauthorized persons

Regarding connections to third-party services (RevenueCat for subscriptions and Google AdMob for advertising), these occur through secure and encrypted connections.

CHILDREN

Our App is intended for users of all ages, including minors under 13, as we do not collect any personal information from users. Since all data remains exclusively on the user's device and is not transmitted elsewhere, there is no risk of collecting personal data from minors.

However, subscription and advertising features (through Google AdMob) may be subject to age restrictions according to Apple App Store and Google policies. We recommend that parents or guardians supervise minors' use of the app, particularly regarding in-app purchases.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

We recommend that you periodically review this Privacy Policy for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when posted on this page.

CONSENT AND ADVERTISING PREFERENCES MANAGEMENT

During the first launch of the App, you will be asked to provide consent for displaying personalized advertisements through Google AdMob (only for users without subscription). You can change your preferences at any time through the App settings.

For users in the European Union and other regions with similar regulations, we collect and use your information only with your explicit consent or when we have another legitimate reason in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Since Auto Manager Pro does not collect or transmit vehicle data, drivers or other data you enter in the app, no international transfers of this data occur.

Regarding third-party services:

• RevenueCat may transfer subscription-related data according to their privacy policy

• Google AdMob may transfer advertising data according to their privacy policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES

Our App offers subscriptions that can be purchased through Apple's in-app purchases. When you make a purchase, payment information is handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not have direct access to your complete payment information.
