At Brainy Studios, we respect and protect the privacy of everyone who uses our Auto Tapper: Auto Clicker mobile app (the "Service"). It's important to us that you know how we handle your information and how you can control your privacy. That's why we encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully.
This policy explains our practices regarding the information we collect from you or that you provide to us. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described here.
If you have any questions about how we use your information or want to learn more about our Privacy Policy, feel free to email us at brainystudios7@gmail.com. We'll do our best to provide clear and timely answers.
To make this policy easy to understand, here are a few key definitions:
You refers to the individual using the Service, or the company or legal entity they represent.
We, Us, or Our refers to Brainy Studios, the app developer team.
Application is our software program, Auto Tapper: Auto Clicker, which you download onto your electronic device.
Service means our Application.
Third-party Social Media Service is any website or social network (like Google) you might use to log in or create an account for our Service.
Personal Data is any information that can identify an individual.
Device is any electronic device you use to access the Service, such as a phone, computer, or tablet.
Do Not Track (DNT) is a concept that allows internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across different websites.
App Permissions We Use
Accessibility Service (Necessary): Our app requires the Accessibility Service permission to perform its core functions, like simulating automatic clicks and swipes on your screen. We use this service solely to enable these core app features. We do not use it to collect any personal or sensitive user data, such as passwords, financial details, keystrokes, or any other private information from your screen or device.
Ignore Battery Optimization (Optional): Enabling this permission prevents your device's system from automatically closing the app when the battery is low. This helps the app run reliably in the background, providing consistent service. This permission is optional, but your experience might be affected without it.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use our Service.
Information You Actively Provide: You can create scripts freely within our app. This script data is stored only on your Device unless you actively choose to log in and back it up. We also collect some operational information when you interact with our app, such as button clicks and page views. We use this to personalize your experience and improve our app, including understanding your general settings (like preferred language) and the time and duration of your activities.
Information from Third-Party Social Media Services (for Backup): If you choose to log in using a third-party social network account (like Google) for our backup feature, we may automatically collect some public data associated with that account, such as your account name and email address.
Information You Provide When Sending Feedback: If you choose to send us feedback to improve your experience, we may collect usage data like your theme type, app version, system version, screen size, language, country, app language, device, time zone, network, account status (e.g., subscribed, ads removed). Providing this information is completely voluntary; we only collect it if you consent to send feedback. We regularly delete this feedback data, usually within one month.
To support and maintain our Service, we may involve Google to provide you with personalized ads. Google may collect certain data (like online identifiers and IP addresses) for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Please know that Google only accesses your information to perform these tasks for us and is obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Importantly, we NEVER share the information you create within our app (e.g., your script information) with any third party.
Google will ask for your consent before collecting, using, or sharing your data (like your IP address or identifier) for personalized ads. If you decline to share your data with Google, they won't access it for personalized ads.
You can opt out of personalized ads in the app settings or by following Google's instructions. Keep in mind that you might still see ads, but they'll be less relevant.
AdMob by Google: AdMob by Google, provided by Google LLC, serves ads for mobile apps.
For details on how Google Mobile Ads SDK collects, uses, and shares your data, visit: https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure#data_collected_and_shared_automatically.
To opt out of AdMob, follow Google's instructions: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en.
For more on AdMob's use of collected information, refer to the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
For general information on how Google uses data from partner sites or apps, visit: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites or Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
For Google's overall privacy practices, see: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
We may also share information if:
Required by law or authorities.
Necessary to prevent significant danger or disadvantages to you, when we can't get your permission in time.
The disclosure is anonymized and cannot identify you personally.
Otherwise permitted by laws and regulations.
We highly value your experience with our app and are always looking to improve existing features and add new ones based on your needs. The information we collect helps us understand how to make the app better. We may use your information for the following:
To provide and improve our Service, including personalizing content within the app.
To ensure our app functions correctly, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
To offer you helpful user support when you send us feedback or have questions.
For contract performance: This involves fulfilling purchase agreements for products or services you've obtained through the Service, or any other contract with us.
To communicate with you, such as sending push notifications about updates or important information related to features, products, or services, including security updates when necessary.
To provide you with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events we offer that are similar to what you've already purchased or inquired about, unless you've opted out.
For business transfers: We might share or transfer your information during mergers, sales of assets, financing, or acquisitions of parts of our business. Before any formal transfer, we promise to give you 2 weeks' notice, along with basic details of the new company and their Privacy Policy. You'll then have at least two weeks to decide if you want to keep your account or delete your account and data completely before the transfer is finalized.
Law enforcement: We may share information with law enforcement or other public authorities if legally required or reasonably necessary. We carefully review all such requests to ensure they are legitimate and limited to data authorized for specific investigative purposes.
The retention period for your information depends on the type of data.
Information You Actively Provide in the App: If your data is stored only on your Device and you don't use the backup feature, you can delete scripts within the "script" interface or simply uninstall the app to clear all your information (this action is irreversible). If you use the backup feature and sign in with a Google account, you can clear backed-up script data by deleting local scripts and manually syncing again.
Information You Provide as Feedback: We retain feedback data you actively provide only for as long as necessary, and we delete it periodically, typically within one month.
Your information is processed at our operating offices and wherever else the parties involved in processing are located. This means your information might be transferred to — and maintained on — computers outside your state, province, country, or other government jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and submitting your information, you consent to such transfers. We'll take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and according to this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your information will occur unless adequate controls are in place.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information, including:
System vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.
Protecting data integrity.
Organizational and legal safeguards.
While the security of your information is important to us, please remember that no Internet-based data transfer or storage method is 100% secure. There are inherent risks with any information transfer. We continuously work to develop new techniques to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the Internet.
Generally, we do not store any data on our server; your data is primarily stored on your local device and Google's servers.
