Welcome to AutoCare: Service Tracker. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights regarding your data.
AutoCare: Service Tracker is designed to minimise data collection.
The app may collect and store information that you enter manually, including:
Vehicle names and details
Vehicle categories or types
Maintenance tasks and schedules
Reminder dates and expiry dates
Usage-based maintenance information, such as mileage, kilometres, hours, or service intervals
Service history and completed maintenance records
Repair records
Renewal records
Notes and other vehicle maintenance-related information entered by the user
Purchase dates, service dates, or install dates
Local photo references selected by the user
App preferences and settings
Notification and reminder settings
AutoCare: Service Tracker does not require account creation or user registration.
Your information is used to:
Provide app functionality
Save your vehicles, tasks, reminders, settings, and preferences
Calculate upcoming, due, and overdue vehicle maintenance tasks
Record vehicle service and repair history
Send vehicle maintenance reminder notifications
Allow optional export of maintenance history
Display optional advertisements in the free version of the app
Process optional premium purchases through Google Play Billing
Premium purchases are securely processed by Google Play. AutoCare: Service Tracker does not collect or store payment card information or payment credentials.
Vehicle maintenance data entered into AutoCare: Service Tracker is stored locally on your device.
AutoCare: Service Tracker does not transmit your vehicle details, maintenance tasks, reminder schedules, service history, repair records, notes, usage readings, or photo references to any server operated by HifiPlay Apps.
Maintenance data is retained on your device until you edit it, delete it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or use an in-app delete function where available.
Deleted items may be kept temporarily in the app’s bin or trash area depending on your settings, and can be permanently removed by you.
If you export maintenance history, the app creates a CSV file containing maintenance records and related vehicle or task details. The file is shared or saved only through locations and apps selected by you using Android’s share sheet. AutoCare: Service Tracker does not control third-party apps or services selected by you for sharing exported files.
If the app includes backup functionality, backup files may contain your maintenance data and settings. These files are stored only in locations selected by you. AutoCare: Service Tracker does not upload backup files to any external server operated by HifiPlay Apps.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
The free version of AutoCare: Service Tracker may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google and its advertising partners may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and limited usage information to serve, measure, and improve advertisements.
Users located in applicable regions may be asked to provide consent for personalised or non-personalised advertising in accordance with local privacy regulations.

AutoCare: Service Tracker only requests permissions necessary for app functionality.
Notification permission may be requested so the app can send vehicle maintenance reminders.
File or photo access permissions may be requested only if you choose to attach photos, import files, export files, or create backup files.
AutoCare: Service Tracker does not access your contacts, microphone, or precise location.
AutoCare: Service Tracker uses notifications to remind users about vehicle maintenance tasks, service dates, expiry dates, and other reminders created in the app.
Notifications are based on information entered by the user.
Users can disable notifications at any time through their device settings, but doing so may prevent reminder alerts from being shown.
AutoCare: Service Tracker does not use notifications for spam or unrelated marketing.
We take reasonable measures to help protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their own devices and any exported, shared, or backup files they create.
AutoCare: Service Tracker provides reminders and maintenance schedules based on information entered by the user and general maintenance intervals.
These reminders are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, mechanical, safety, legal, insurance, roadworthiness, or manufacturer advice.
Users are responsible for verifying maintenance requirements with the relevant vehicle manufacturer, service provider, vehicle manual, mechanic, insurer, road authority, or other qualified source.
HifiPlay Apps is not responsible for missed maintenance, incorrect reminder settings, device notification restrictions, user data entry errors, vehicle damage, mechanical issues, expired documents, failed inspections, penalties, or other losses resulting from use of the app.
AutoCare: Service Tracker is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted within the app, on the app listing page, or on the official privacy policy page. Continued use of AutoCare: Service Tracker after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
