This site is a work in progress!
I'm always finding new resources and adding them here. Keep checking back — there's more to come! (last updated 8/28/25)
https://dspd.utah.gov/intake-process/ - Utah Department of Health and Human Services: Services for people with disabilities. We encourage all families to start the intake process for DSPD benefits, these are for individuals with disabilities and covers a variety of services. The majority of respite companies are solely funded through DSPD. Families should get on the waitlist to start services as soon as their child is diagnosed. The waitlist can take years to move through, and critical services for after high school are funded through DSPD benefits.
autismnavigator.com - free courses, webinars, strategies for daily tasks, micro learning
familysupportcenterogden.org/parent-cafe/ - free monthly virtual support group to share challenges and victories relating to parenthood and relationships
https://www.parenting-pathways.org/family-support/ - monthly resource day that gives away physical resources to families.
