Samsara

Personality: 

Personality: Although he is detached and introspective, Samsara is generally friendly and calm, observing the world around him with all the meticulous intrigue of a watchmaker. He is fond of learning the behavior of people he interacts with to either joke with or frustrate them. While he has a long fuse, he can quickly lose patience with particularly stubborn or abrasive people.

Normally, Samsara doesn't directly intervene with events he observes, at least not exerting his temporal powers, but given the circumstances he now finds himself in at the mercy of Art, what his powers amount to at any given time are dubious at best.

Strengths & Abilities: 

• Samsara is extremely well-versed in clock/watch maintenance and knowhow, and has a bit of engineering knowledge to boot.

• He can slow down or stop isolated areas or people with his Time Auras, provided his powers aren't bound.

• He can also create temporal projections back or forward in time to attack someone, but if they're hit he'll get hurt.

• His Time Auras are powerful but if Samsara loses his concentration they can dispel.

Weaknesses & Flaws: 

• Samsara's body is decaying as his current cycle marches ever closer to its end, and his body must be replaced with mechanical parts as it rots. Naturally, they resemble clockwork, and he must regularly maintain the gears springs and levers within.

History/Summary:  

The god of time and rebirth, Samsara (aka Mr. Sam) is a being who has not yet known death, and presides over the flow of time and space to ensure it isn't disrupted. Samsara, the dying god, is still caught in Time's inevitable grasp despite, or perhaps because of, being its avatar.
