AUTHORIZED SKILL AGREEMENT

Authorized skill, provides free product builds, development and manufacturing through partnering investors. These investors, create authorized skill products, with time, labor and money invested to make sure the hardware/software created is legally compliant on all ends of the law. While keeping its respects to true and proven math models, with real hold percents, jackpots that pop and payout when actual skill is performed by each individual playing the skill software for a coin amount.

Built for customer satisfaction and repeat play back and payouts for every party involved.

With all this in mind, we go out of our way to provide every client with 100% Authorized & Authentic Skill Software, that is designed, developed and manufactured to help the community/client/customer revenue streams grow,while entertaining local clients. Our establishments are also into providing free delivery, install of product and 24/7 tech support, to approved clients ,who operate legal entertainment establishments. All we ask in return is a partnership agreement, a small revenue share, and your word as well as your honesty.

Please don’t agree to the terms if you do not plan on following them. It is our duty to keep our software skill certified, legal, profitable and fun, at the same time keeping a transparent business to business relationship with every client.

(Please keep in mind, each “free” Kiosk Cabinet cost around $7,000. Each "free" Fish Cabinet cost around $12,000 . Each "free" Server cost around $5,000, not including everything mentioned above. We are willing to go out of way to provide you with very profitable products at no cost to you.)

OPERATORS AGREEMENT

As an approved operator, I Agree that I may receive all of the above services from Authorized Skill and Partnering Investors, provided that I also agree to revenue financing for the manufactured hardware/software products at 35%-40% For Kiosk Units/Software, and Fish Units Software. 25-30% for Server Software ,with each products profit holds per week.

I will pay the total amounts due at the end of each week to; Authorized Skill’s software and developer partners choice of billing agency. Which will remain in effect until otherwise agreed or until the services are canceled through Authorized Skill or Partnering Investors or Billing Agencies provided by Authorized Skill account cancellation teams.

I also agree to take care of all products provided to me and my location. I am responsible and reliable for any damages to products, whether from customers, pass byers or myself, I will report and/or pay in full all damages owed at time of incedent. (Authorized Skill does partner with tech teams to keep your products serviced, and will fix any product design related errors or issues, however we are not reliable for any damages incurred while in operator/client possession.)
