End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of AI Book Cover Generator Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our AI Book Cover Generator Studio software and services ("Application") directly from the App Store or Google Play Store.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Application.
1. License Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to the conditions herein.
2. Content Generation & Intellectual Property
The Application allows you to generate book covers, Wattpad novel artwork, and Kindle covers using artificial intelligence.Â
- You retain full ownership and commercial rights to the generated images, provided that your use complies with all applicable laws and our content guidelines.
- You may not use the Application to generate illegal, hateful, explicit, or copyright-infringing material.
- We do not claim ownership over the specific text prompts you submit or the resulting artwork generated for you.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application itself (the software).
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Application or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The Application may offer premium features through subscriptions or in-app purchases (e.g., "Premium Access", "Credits").
- Payments will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- Unused credits or premium access limits are non-refundable.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. We respect your privacy and only process data strictly necessary to provide the AI generation services.
6. Term and Termination
This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice.
This EULA will terminate immediately, without prior notice from us, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device.
7. Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of us and any of our suppliers under any provision of this EULA and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.
8. Amendments to this Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. By continuing to access or use our Application after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Application.
