RED BRICK Solution ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how our Authenticator / 2FA application ("App") handles information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Our App is designed to provide two-factor authentication and does not require you to create an account with us.
Depending on the features you use, the App may process the following information:
Authentication Information
The App may process information required to generate one-time authentication codes, such as:
Account/service name
Username or email associated with an account, if entered by you
TOTP secret keys or other authentication credentials that you choose to add
QR-code information used to set up an authenticator account
This information is used solely to provide authentication functionality.
Device and Technical Information
We or our third-party service providers may automatically receive limited technical information, such as:
Device type and model
Operating system and version
App version
Language and general configuration information
Crash and diagnostic information
Anonymous identifiers used for analytics or advertising, where applicable
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily provide it through an App feature.
2. How We Use Information

Generate and display two-factor authentication codes
Store and manage authenticator entries
Provide and maintain App functionality

Authenticator secrets and related information are used to generate your authentication codes.
Where authentication data is stored locally on your device, RED BRICK Solution does not intentionally access or collect those locally stored secrets.
You should never share your authenticator secret keys, backup codes, passwords, or verification codes with anyone.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers.
Advertising providers may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
You can review the privacy practices of the advertising providers used by the App through their respective policies.
5. Firebase and Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services such as Google Firebase to help operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the App.
These services may process limited technical information, such as app events, diagnostics, device information, or anonymous identifiers.
We may also use Firebase Remote Config to remotely manage certain App settings and features. Remote Config is used to deliver configuration values to the App and is not intended to collect or store your authentication secret keys.
Third-party services process information according to their respective privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, authentication information, and backup information.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Authenticator information stored locally within the App remains on your device until you delete it or remove the App's data.
If information is processed by third-party services, retention may be governed by the respective service provider's policies.
Because the App does not require a user account, we generally do not maintain a personal account containing your authentication information.
The App is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain advertisements or integrations that lead to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites or services. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before providing information to them.
