Mileage Fee and Travel Surcharge
Mileage Fee and Travel Surcharge
Mileage Fee: $0.25 per mile
I include a mileage fee of $0.25 per mile for all photography sessions, whether within Sahuarita or beyond. This fee covers the cost of travel to bring my services directly to you.
Travel Surcharge: Beyond the Horizon
For photography sessions located over 1 hour away from Sahuarita, there is an additional fee of $30. This fee helps offset the extended travel time and ensures that I can maintain the high level of service you expect.
Note: For destinations that require a journey of over 2 hours, a travel surcharge of $100 will be applied. This fee helps accommodate the extended travel time, allowing me to continue providing professional photography services while keeping your unique needs in mind.
Why the Travel Surcharge?
Time Commitment:
Extended travel requires a significant time commitment. Traveling for more than two hours not only includes the time spent on the road but also factors in the time away from other potential clients or personal commitments.
Fuel and Vehicle Maintenance:
Traveling longer distances puts additional wear and tear on your vehicle, leading to increased maintenance costs and fuel expenses. Charging a travel fee helps offset these operational costs.
