Based in Appomattox, Virginia, I have created floral arrangements for weddings & events all over the state of Virginia and North Carolina too. My love for plants and flowers started as a small child when I would take garden walks with my Grandma in her yard. A love of nature, plants and flowers grows deep in my family and my Mom instilled the love in my heart too. When I got to high school, I took horticulture classes, including floral design and that's where my love for nature, plants and flowers was nurtured even more. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. degree in horticulture and a M.S. degree in Agriculture Extension & Education. During my time at VT, I was a TA for Floral Design and fell more in love with arranging flowers. When I finished college, so many of my friends were getting married, I decided to start offering my services to them. Here we are, almost twenty years later, and I'm still enjoying being able to create wedding flowers for happy couples. I also offer small scale residential landscape design.
