Our Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as displaying your username along with your highscore on public visible leaderboard or scoreboard). For sharing, storing your username and highscore (for leaderboard) we use Loot Locker (their Privacy Policy: https://lootlocker.com/privacy-policy).

When you access or use our Services, Loot Locker automatically collect information about you, including:

• Log Information: We log information about your use of our Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, your IP address.

• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our Services, including information about the device’s software and hardware, Media Access Control (“MAC”) address and other unique device identifiers, device token, mobile network information and time zone.

• Usage Information: We collect information relating to your use of our Services, including your game progress, scores, achievements.

We may allow third parties to serve advertisements and provide analytics services in connection with our Services. Advertising keeps us and services you use free of charge. These entities may use cookies. Cookies help to make advertising more effective. Without cookies, it’s really hard for an advertiser to reach its audience, or to know how many ads were shown and how many clicks they received. These entities may also use web beacons and other tracing technologies to collect information about your use of our Services, including your IP address, MAC address, device identifiers, software and hardware information, browser information, time zone and usage information. This information may be used by Aurora the Mage and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests and better understand your activity on our Services. Third-party ad serving and analytics technologies are integrated into our Services, so if you do not want to be subject to these technologies, do not use or access our Services.

We are located in Slovenia. Information collected via our application, through direct interaction with you, or from use of our help services may be transferred from time to time to third parties (more information below), located throughout the world, and may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have laws of general applicability regulating the use and transfer of such data. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using any of the above, you voluntarily consent to the transborder transfer and hosting of such information.

By accepting our Privacy Policy or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

• With other players (for example, in connection with leaderboards. All other players can see your username with your highscore);

• If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Aurora the Mage or others;

We also may share aggregated information or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Where applicable certain third parties’ use of Personal Data will not be covered by this Privacy Policy. In such instances you must review such third parties’ privacy policies.

Age Limits

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest-based advertising to anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services.  If you are under 13 (or the applicable age in their territory), please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address.  No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal data.  If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 13, we will delete that data as quickly as possible.  If you believe that we might have any data from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us.

If you are under the legal age in your country, please do not play our Games or use our Services.
