This Privacy Policy applies to AuraCleaner, a mobile cleaning & storage optimization tool. By installing and using the app, you agree to this Policy. We strictly follow global privacy laws and only collect data necessary for core functions.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Local Device Permissions & Data
- **Storage Access**: Required to scan junk files, cache, large/duplicate files for cleaning. All file processing runs **locally on your device**; we do not upload your files, filenames or paths to our server.
- **Anonymous Device Info**: Device model, OS version, anonymized device ID, app list — used only for compatibility, bug fixes and app optimization. No personal identification will be linked.
1.2 Voluntary Data
- **Feedback & Support**: If you submit feedback, you may voluntarily provide email and problem logs, only to reply and resolve your issues.
- **Usage Statistics**: Anonymous feature usage data, only collected if you enable it in settings, for product improvement.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide core cleaning and optimization services
- Maintain app stability, fix bugs and optimize user experience
- Respond to your feedback and support requests
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3. Data Storage & Security
- Most cleaning records and settings are stored **locally** on your device, deleted when you uninstall the app.
- Anonymized server data is stored securely and retained no longer than necessary, then deleted or fully anonymized.
- We adopt standard encryption and access control to protect your data from unauthorized access, leakage or misuse.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We **will not sell your personal data**. We only share data in the following cases:
- With your explicit consent
- Trusted third-party service providers (cloud, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements
- Required by law, court order or government regulation
- Mergers, acquisitions or business transfer (with prior notice)
- Anonymous aggregated data for industry analysis without user identification
5. Your Rights

- Disable app permissions in your device system settings

AuraCleaner is not targeted at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have collected minor’s data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
