4. Please respect the neighborhood: excessive noise, parties, and events are not permitted.

5. Pets are not allowed.

6. Please take good care of the furniture and equipment, leaving them clean after use and without moving any furniture.

7. Please turn off the lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances when they are not in use.

8. Please close all doors and windows whenever you leave the Suite.

9. Please dispose of waste correctly according to the recycling instructions provided inside the Suite.

10. Please take good care of the keys and return them according to the check-out instructions provided.

11. Please respect the check-in and check-out times communicated at the time of booking.

12. Please promptly report any damage or malfunction noticed during your stay.
