Experience Design and Management (ExDM) sits at the bridge between business and psychology. ExDM focuses on solving problems and creating impact through human-centered design principles. ExDM can look like improving patient experience at a hospital by designing a new intake procedure, changing new employee onboarding processes to better focus on the needs of each person, facilitating a transformational travel experience, planning a therapeutic recreation adventure, creating a radical and specifically targeted marketing campaign, and so much more.
