Steps by step guide to use Audit Assistant app:


  • Create a project/Site for auditing.
    1. Add Project title & Brand logo
    2. Assign a Unique code to the Project/Site eg. MSB#0001
    3. Click on top right check icon give at top right (navigation bar)
    4. After setup project it would start appearing under projects tab.
    5. You can change the Project information by taping 3 dots at right corner. It would open a menu with various options.


  • Start adding Observations/Faults for the project .
    1. Fill the title Observation Title , Person name to whom you assigning etc.
    2. Choose an appropriate status of the observation/fault eg. Open/ In progress etc.
    3. If want to categorize the issue you can add a tag to the issue. The Tag name can be managed through "settings" section. We have list few tags that may relevant for you but you can change or create new one.
    4. Add multiple images that highlighting faults .
    5. You can annotate photos with the help of photo editor.


  • Observation/Faults List.
    1. Filter observations by applying various parameters Like Project Name, Status, Assign to, Tags etc.
    2. On click of cell it will take to fault/issue detail screen where user can see complete detail of issue with large photos.
    3. On click of 3 dots. It will open a menu option to Edit, Email, Delete issue/fault from list.
  • Settings/Configuration
    • General customization
      1. Change text of various labels used in system like Observation, Prepared for, Assign to , Due date etc.
      2. Change date format of system as per your country. So all the dates will recorded as per the selected format.


    • Company information

Company information would display in report and user can change anytime. So auditor could do the audit for multiple companies.

      1. Company Name
      2. Auditor Name
      3. Location
      4. Phone Number
      5. Company Logo
      6. Signature

Note : Yo need to set these information to display on cover page of report


    • Report Configuration
      1. Show cover page into report.
      2. Show page number into report.
      3. Add footer text in report.
      4. Prepared for


    • Default values

User can set different default values so they need not to add every time repeated text.

      1. Default title of fault/defects
      2. Default Description of issues or findings
      3. default value in Assign to field.
      4. And other default setting like photos goes to internal storage or not.


    • Manage Tags/areas

User can set different tags from the setting area. The different tags can be used to categorize the issues on list screen

1. There is option to add new tags

2. Remove/Edit existing tags


  • Report screen

After recording issues auditor can generate and print the report. Report has various configurable parameters to personalize PDF/Excel report.

      1. Customize cover page of report by providing, company name, Logo, auditor name and signature.
      2. User can generate report by applying various filter parameters like OPEN issues only, report for particular project. Show image in report or not. Export report in PDF or excel format.
      3. After export report user can share it with others by sending attachment in email, share with google drive, dropbox etc.
      4. PDF/Excel reader both has PRINT option so user can open in respective editor and can print the report.
