The only permission requested by the app is microphone access, which is required to implement audio recording functions.
All user-generated data including audio recordings, voice memos, text notes, transcripts, and AI summaries are stored locally on your device by default. We do not automatically upload your private content to remote servers.
All collected and generated data is used solely to provide core app functions:
Microphone permission: to capture and record audio files;
Local audio and note data: to support viewing, editing, clipping, and management of your recordings and notes;
AI processing data: to generate speech-to-text transcription and intelligent content summaries.
We do not use your content for advertising, marketing, or third-party data sales.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data and user-generated content with any third-party advertisers, organizations, or individuals. We will only disclose relevant data if required by valid legal orders, laws, or government regulations.
Our app uses Apple’s official in-app purchase system for premium subscriptions. All payment transactions are processed and stored by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We cannot access your payment information, Apple ID password, or billing details.
All your recordings and notes are saved locally on your iPhone. You may delete any single file or clear all app data at any time within the application. Uninstalling the app will permanently erase all local user content.
Audio Notes: Made Easier is intended for general audiences aged 4 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age. If you believe we have obtained data from a child, please contact us for immediate data deletion.
You retain full ownership and control of all your audio files and notes. You have the right to view, edit, export, and delete your content at any time.
We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally. Updated versions will be published on our official website. Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
