Welcome to AudioMemo:Note Snap (the "AudioMemo," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Licensor grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non‑commercial purposes.
2. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
Transmit any illegal, infringing, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or objectionable content through the App;
Interfere with or disrupt the App or any servers or networks connected to the App;
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and all its contents (including but not limited to software code, interface design, trademarks, logos, etc.) are owned by the Licensor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Licensor.
4. User Content
(a) Recordings: All recordings you create using the App belong to you. You are solely responsible for the content you record.
(b) AI‑Generated Content: Any summary, translation, or to‑do list generated through the AI features also belongs to you. However, such output is based on the third‑party AI provider's model. We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated content.
(c) Content Responsibility: You represent and warrant that your use of the App to record, store, or process content does not infringe any third‑party rights, and that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations for any recordings (especially when recording multi‑party conversations or meetings; you are responsible for complying with consent laws in your jurisdiction).
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
That the App will meet your specific requirements;
That the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free;
That any information obtained through the App (including AI summaries, translations, and to‑do lists) will be accurate, complete, or reliable;
That any defects in the App will be corrected.
The AI features rely on artificial intelligence technology and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, mistranslated, or unsuitable results. You should independently review and verify all AI‑generated content before relying on it.
6. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. The Licensor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate these Terms and your access to the App at any time without prior notice, especially if you violate any provision of these Terms.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App and delete all copies from your device.
7. Changes to These Terms
The Licensor may modify or update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms within the App or on our website, with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continpp after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether written or oral.
