Both Dan & Sarah are based in Herefordshire. Their combination of Producer/keyboard player and Singer/Lyricist is a successful one as writing from both the heart and experience, Sarah’s emotive lyrics and melodies match well to the productions and performances created by Dan.
This venture focuses on their love of electronic pop music and collaboration. The vast range of sounds, emotive vocals and melodies, combined with the music production form a very commercial product.
When considering genres, one should be thinking of Chicane, or Kosheen – that hint of 90’s - 00’s with well-written catchy melodies and hook-lines, with an electronic bias.

New single release " Shining on you" - out now!
UPDATE FROM DAN & SARAH:
We're back!!
Having just played the BBC Introducing stage/bandstand at The Malvern Show on 27th September, we've now got a new single out in the next few weeks ("Shining on you"), and we're also playing locally for a change in Ross at the Crown & Sceptre for Halloween!
The year remains challenging, but with the music, we shall prevail!

It's been a bit quiet on here for this year, but not without good reason. It's been a tough 2025 - personal tragedies and health issues.
We've both been "head down", and dealing with what we have to deal with.
New music is on the way, starting with a cover/reinterpretation of BronskiBeat's "Smalltown Boy" - out on 23rd May - a big challenge to do covers well. You'll tell us either way!
More gigs to come too, starting with a charity gig in June (Malvern)

26/10/23 So, it's been a bit quiet on the website since the Summer, but we've not been slacking off!! We have had a BUSY few months. New music is on the way, as well as some movement towards an album!
But in the meantime, the live work has been gaining momentum - some significant support slots!

Sarah Bouchier of dance/electronica duo, AudioGenika onstage at The Unicorn pub in Malvern for the Malvern Rocks 2024 Music Festival.
Now, as my regular readers (all five of you ) will know, Dance sits in the mid-90s of my '100 Favourite Genres' so why was I watching this performance?
Two reasons - primarily, this is a technically gifted and perfectly balanced act with the second part of the duo, Dan Armstrong on keys/samples/beats providing a perfect foil/counterpoint to 'SarahB Ladybnow's' glorious vocals.
This is a one-woman psychedelic explosion - animated, highly amusing, totally at one with the music and the audience and with a voice that would grace any genre she chose to apply it to.
There's a mixture of originals and covers all presented with skill and consummate stagecraft in the rather sparse performance area. As well as being headliners in their own right, they've already supported The South, Go West and China Crisis.
Hugely entertaining. Go and see them!
