This Privacy Policy describes how Audiogasm ("we," "our," or "the App") handles information. Audiogasm is an unofficial, third-party audio player designed to stream content from soundgasm.net. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined here.

"AS IS" Provision: Audiogasm is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability or accuracy of the service.
Service Dependency: Audiogasm is a third-party client. If soundgasm.net is offline, undergoes maintenance, or changes its technical architecture, the App may cease to function. We are not responsible for any interruptions caused by the source website.
Non-Affiliation: Audiogasm is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with soundgasm.net or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
