If you want a high-fidelity wired audio experience for cycling or studio listening, choose Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7GM; if you need soft, decorative pillowcases featuring a giraffe graphic to enhance your bedroom sleep environment, choose VFMNT Giraffe Wearing Headphones.
These two products serve completely different purposes in a buyer's life. One is an engineering marvel designed for sonic precision, while the other is a textile product designed for aesthetic comfort and rest. Attempting to compare them directly as "headphones" reveals that one is a functional tool for audio reproduction and the other is a bed accessory that merely displays an image of headphones. The decision here isn't about which sounds better; it is about whether you are looking to upgrade your music gear or refresh your bedding.
• Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7GM: Delivers Hi-Res Audio with 45 mm drivers and passive noise cancellation but requires a wired connection and lacks battery life. Best for audiophiles who prioritize sound fidelity over wireless convenience.
• VFMNT Giraffe Wearing Headphones: Offers a plush microfiber texture with a hidden zipper for easy care and a unique giraffe design, but provides zero audio functionality. Best for anyone seeking soft bedding accents rather than sound equipment.
The Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7GM is built for the listener who demands accuracy above all else. This is not a casual pair of earbuds; it is a piece of professional-grade equipment designed to reproduce music exactly as the artist intended. The core of its performance lies in the newly designed 45 mm True Motion Drivers. These utilize lightweight voice coils and a custom-mounted printed circuit board to improve transient response. In practical terms, this means you will hear the subtle details in a recording—the breath of a singer or the decay of a drum—that cheaper headphones often blur together.
For cyclists who prefer a secure fit without relying on Bluetooth, this model offers a compelling solution through its physical construction. The housings are constructed from a mix of aluminum and magnesium, creating a rigid structure that reduces unwanted resonance. They feature a highly flexible swivel design that mirrors the full shape of the ear, ensuring a snug fit even during movement. The inclusion of multi-layer air damping technology extends the mid-to-low frequency response, giving bass lines more weight without muddying the vocals.

However, this level of fidelity comes with specific trade-offs. You must accept that this is a wired device only. There is no wireless capability, meaning you are tethered to your source via a 3.5 mm jack. While three detachable cables are included to offer flexibility in cable management, the lack of a battery means you cannot use these for long commutes where changing power sources is inconvenient. Furthermore, the passive noise cancellation relies entirely on the seal of the memory foam ear pads. If you are cycling in heavy traffic, the wind noise will still be present, though the isolation helps block out ambient chatter. This product is ideal for the serious listener who values sound quality over the convenience of going wireless.
In stark contrast, the VFMNT Giraffe Wearing Headphones product is not a piece of audio equipment at all. It is a set of two luxury pillowcases designed to bring a touch of whimsy and softness to your sleeping quarters. The product features an elegant design with a delicate giraffe wearing headphones print. This graphic adds a sophisticated pop of color to any bedroom decor, making it a conversation starter for guests who might wonder about the quirky imagery.
The primary appeal here is tactile comfort. Made from high-quality short plush material, these covers feel significantly softer and stronger than standard cotton or satin options. They are marketed as skin and hair-friendly, utilizing a smooth fabric surface that minimizes friction. For those prone to hair breakage or sensitive skin irritation, the envelope closure prevents the pillow from sliding out while keeping the fabric taut against the face. The dimensions are standard at 20x36 inches, fitting most standard pillows found in North American homes.
Care is another major selling point for this textile product. Unlike delicate fabrics that require hand washing or special detergents, these pillowcases are shrinkage and fade-resistant. You can simply machine wash them in cold water and tumble dry on low heat, making them practical for busy households, hotels, or care facilities. The hidden zipper ensures a clean look and protects the internal filling. This product is perfect for someone who wants to update their room's aesthetic with a unique pattern without spending hours maintaining the item. It is strictly a home decor purchase.

If you are shopping for extra bass wireless headphones for cycling, neither of these fits the bill perfectly since the Audio-Technica is wired and the VFMNT is a pillowcase. However, if your goal is pure audio performance, I would unequivocally choose the Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7GM. The engineering behind the 45 mm drivers and the metal alloy housing offers a listening experience that no textile product can ever hope to match. I recommend the Audio-Technica for anyone who treats music as a priority, whether they are commuting or relaxing at home. Conversely, if you are looking to replace worn-out bedding or add a fun visual element to your room, the VFMNT pillowcases are a solid, comfortable choice. But for the cyclist seeking a best with mic wireless headset for cycling, you will need to look elsewhere, as neither option delivers active audio transmission or microphone integration.
