I graduated from CSUF with a Bachelors Degree in Child & Adolescent Development & a minor in Sociology, then went on to earn my Masters Degree in Educational & Clinical Counseling from APU. I'm very passionate about mental health, mindfulness, and Social Emotional Learning. I'm married and have 2 sons, Myles & Weston! I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and enjoy practicing yoga & meditating in order to stay calm and present. I love spending my time outdoors ---hiking, swimming, going to the beach & playing outside with my boys are a few of my favorite things!
