In a shocking case, the proprietors at Atulaya Healthcare Pvt Limited have been arrested under the sections 467 (Cheating and dishonestly causing the delivery of property) 467 (Whoever creates a fake document that claims to be a security of value ) 468 ( Forgery with the intention of fraud) and 471 (Whoever fraudulously or fraudulently claims the word "authentic" to describe something is known or believes that it is forged )read in conjunction with the section 120-B (Whoever is a part of an illegal conspiracy to commit an offense) in the Indian Penal Code. An FIR was registered at the police station 11 Chandigarh The date of the FIR is 27.06.2022
After a report of forgery filed to an SSP Chandigarh by Vinod Kumar Singla and the Chandigarh police launched an investigation into Atulaya Healthcare. The principal suspects are the Directors of Atulaya Healthcare Pvt Limited namely Pankaj Kumar Kansil, resident of Sector 20 Chandigarh and Anuj Gupta residents of Sector 30, Chandigarh.
The allegations state that the accused conspired to forge an agreement for rent in the sister concerns M/S STEADFAST HEALTHCARE LTD where the previously named primary defendants are Directors, in order in order to assert an unlawful stake in the property of the complainant. They then made an invoice for rent, also using forged signatures that of the person who complained. The accused also forgeried the signatures of the complainant's on other documents. Pankaj Kansil and Anuj Gupta used the forged and fake documents at the Registrar of Companies office to prove their ownership of the property of the complainant.
Directors of Atulaya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd were arrested for fraud and forgery in the hands of Chandigarh police. Atulaya Healthcare is a Chandigarh company based in Chandigarh that offers diagnostic services.It is believed that TATA GROUP has recently invested into Atulaya Healthcare Pvt.Limited. Furthermore, the representatives of TATA GROUP also sit members of the board of directors of ATULAYA Health Care PVT LTD
