This Privacy Policy applies to the 출석체크 app (hereinafter "Application"), developed by Jeong WonJae (hereinafter "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as an Ad Supported service and is offered "AS IS".
본 개인정보 처리방침은 정원재가 개발한 출석체크 앱(이하 "애플리케이션")에 적용됩니다. 이 앱은 광고 기반(Ad Supported)으로 제공되며, 있는 그대로("AS IS") 사용됩니다.
2. Information Collection and Use / 정보 수집 및 이용
The Application does not require registration and does not collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number, or precise location). However, third-party services used in the Application may collect limited, non-personal data automatically.
본 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 정확한 위치 등 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 앱에 포함된 제3자 광고 서비스는 비식별 정보를 자동으로 수집할 수 있습니다.
3. Advertising / 광고 서비스
The Application uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect certain non-personal information such as Advertising ID, device type, OS version, and app usage data for ad personalization and analytics. For details, see Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. Location Information / 위치 정보
The Application does not collect precise or real-time location data from your device.

5. Children’s Privacy / 아동 개인정보 보호
The Application is not directed at children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact: wjappdev37@gmail.com.
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 서비스 제공자는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 것으로 의심되는 경우 wjappdev37@gmail.com으로 연락해 주세요.
6. Data Security / 데이터 보안
Since the Application does not collect personal data, there is no risk of unauthorized access to user information within the app. However, no system is completely secure.
본 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 앱 내부에서의 무단 접근 위험은 없습니다. 다만 어떠한 시스템도 100% 안전하다고 단정할 수는 없습니다.
7. Changes / 정책 변경

These Terms and Conditions apply to the 출석체크 app (the "Application") developed by Jeong WonJae ("Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
본 약관은 정원재(이하 "서비스 제공자")가 개발한 출석체크 앱(이하 "애플리케이션")에 적용됩니다. 애플리케이션을 다운로드하거나 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하게 됩니다.
2. Intellectual Property / 지적 재산권
All intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Application.
애플리케이션과 관련된 모든 지적 재산권은 서비스 제공자에게 귀속됩니다. 앱을 복제, 수정, 배포, 리버스 엔지니어링하거나 파생물 제작하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
3. Service Usage / 서비스 이용
The Application is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. The Service Provider may modify, update, or discontinue the Application or its features at any time without notice.
본 앱은 개인적이고 비상업적 용도로 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 서비스 제공자는 사전 고지 없이 앱 또는 기능을 수정·업데이트·중단할 수 있습니다.
4. Data Collection and Privacy / 데이터 수집 및 개인정보 보호
The Application does not require registration and does not collect personal data. As an Ad Supported app, third-party providers (e.g., Google AdMob) may collect limited, non-personally identifiable information. See the Privacy Policy above for details.
본 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며 개인 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 제공업체(예: Google AdMob)가 비식별 정보를 수집할 수 있으니 개인정보처리방침을 참조하세요.
5. User Responsibility / 사용자 책임
You are responsible for device security and data charges. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. The Service Provider is not responsible for charges from your carrier or for device battery issues.
사용자는 기기 보안 및 데이터 요금에 대한 책임이 있습니다. 탈옥(jailbreak) 또는 루팅(root)된 기기는 보안 취약점이 발생할 수 있으며, 서비스 제공자는 통신사 요금이나 배터리 문제 등에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
6. Limitation of Liability / 책임의 한계
The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from use or inability to use the Application, including network issues, device malfunction, or data charges.
서비스 제공자는 네트워크 문제, 기기 오작동, 데이터 요금 등으로 발생한 직접적·간접적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. Updates and Termination / 업데이트 및 서비스 종료
The Application may be updated periodically. You agree to accept updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination you must uninstall the app.
애플리케이션은 주기적으로 업데이트될 수 있으며, 계속 사용하기 위해 업데이트 수락에 동의해야 합니다. 서비스 제공자는 통보 없이 앱을 중단할 수 있으며, 서비스 종료 시 앱을 삭제해야 합니다.
8. Changes to These Terms / 약관 변경
The Service Provider may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Please check this page regularly.
서비스 제공자는 본 약관을 수시로 수정할 수 있습니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용할 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 정기적으로 확인해 주세요.
