You have to send attendance message or leave message in WhatsApp group on a daily basis also compulsory for all the tutors.

Attendance must not be missed or skipped in any case.

Entry and Exit time needs to be posted separately, not in a single message after class that is entry time when you enters the house and exit time after the class. 

Format:-

*Entry Time

*Exit Time

*Leave by parents

*Leave by Tutor Or Leave by me

*Time changed for today`s class - __(time)

*Holiday covered - __(extra hours)

Example:-

Entered at 5:15pm

Exit at 6:20pm

Working Day - 10 

Holiday by parents today

Holiday from my side today

(Reason)

Holiday covered - 2 hours (2pm-4pm)

Benefits:-

1.) No need to sign or fill any Attendance page/sheet.

2.) No need of parents sign/approval, they will check the chats for Attendance proof.

3.) It will be easy for us/you to count your workings days for final payout.

In case, tutor missed to send attendance message in the group without any info within 24 hours, he/she will be considered as ABSENT for that date, as monthly fee payment will be done after checking group chats and counting total days.
