Integrated Attendance & Identity Management System (IAIMS) mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how IAIMS collects, uses, stores, and protects user information.
IAIMS may collect:
Name, user ID, employee ID, mobile number, email address, organization, and designation;
Attendance details, including check-in, check-out, shift, leave, and attendance status;
Facial images, facial templates, blink detection, and liveness-verification results;
GPS location and geofence-validation details;
Device information, application version, IP address, error logs, and usage data;
Information submitted through support tickets.
Information is used to:
Create and manage user accounts;
Verify identity through facial recognition and liveness detection;
Record and validate attendance;
Verify attendance location;
Synchronize offline attendance;
Generate dashboards and reports;
Detect fraudulent or unauthorized attendance;
Provide technical support and improve application performance.
IAIMS does not sell personal, biometric, attendance, or location information and does not use such information for advertising.
IAIMS may request access to:
Camera: For face enrolment, facial recognition, and blink-based liveness verification;
Location: For geofence and attendance-location validation;
Internet: For authentication and data synchronization;
Notifications: For attendance confirmations, reminders, and alerts;
Files or Photos: For authorized document or screenshot uploads.
Disabling required permissions may prevent certain features from working.
Information may be shared only with authorized organizations, administrators, approved service providers, integrated systems, or government authorities where legally required.
We use reasonable security measures, including encryption, authentication, role-based access, audit logs, backups, and restricted administrative access.
Information is retained only as long as required for attendance management, organizational records, legal compliance, security, and support purposes.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information. Certain attendance or audit records may be retained where required by law or organizational policy.

IAIMS is intended for authorized users of participating organizations. Where the application is used by minors, the concerned organization must obtain the required consent or authorization.
